This bright and modern restaurant is the brainchild of chef and restauranteur Riccardo Ullio, bringing to 邓伍迪 the delicious concepts of his other successful ventures Fritti 和 Sotto Sotto in Inman Park.

Novo Cucina offers hand-picked boutique wines and an innovative card system that allows diners to swipe and taste wines from an automatic, self-serve dispenser. You can even place your order before sitting down to enjoy their artisanal pizzas, hand-made pastas, appetizers, salads, 和更多. When your meal is finished, choose from over a dozen house-made gelato flavors made with fresh, local ingredients and imported nuts.

On the menu, you’ll find Italian favorites like Arancini (Sicilian risotto and sausage croquettes), Carpaccio di Manzo (Beef tenderloin carpaccio, parmigiano, capers, lemon, and olive oil), Rigatoni all Salsiccia (with sweet sausage ragu and cream), Linguine alle Vongole (Linguine, clams, tomatoes, Calabrese peppers, garlic, and olive oil), and naturally, a variety of pizzas including the classic Margherita, Speck e Rucola (Smoked prosciutto, smoked mozzarella, cherry tomato, arugula, olive oil, no tomato sauce), and Quattro Stagioni (Four sections: cotto ham, artichokes, mushrooms, black olives).

The design of this 亚特兰大 restaurant is just as spectacular as the food itself. With open views of the kitchen and of course, the pizza oven, diners can watch the skilled chefs take their meals from start to finish or walk through the inviting French doors to take a seat on the spacious patio.

You won’t want to miss the best Italian in 邓伍迪! My favorite pizza on the menu is the Crude e Rucola with a nice glass of Super Tuscan Bruciato.

Novo Cucina is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 3 PM before reopening for dinner from 5 PM to 9 下午. Saturday, the restaurant is open from 11:30 AM to 10 PM and Sunday, 11:30 AM to 9 下午.
