Single-family, detached homes in Buckhead have an average sales price of just under $1.1 million, and they are averaging 97 jours sur le marché. While market conditions remain favorable to Buckhead home sellers, and Jumbo mortgages still offer advantageous rates, there is a smaller pool of buyers at this price range. Sellers of luxury homes need to be a little patient. The good news, is that patience is being rewarded with offers averaging 92% of the sales price.
le real estate market in Sandy Springs tells a similar story. Single-family homes located outside of the Interstate 285 perimeter have an average sales price of about $616,700, and spend about 100 jours sur le marché. Sellers of these homes are getting about 94% of their asking price. Sandy Springs homes inside of the perimeter have an average sales price of about $833,000, and average 108 jours sur le marché. These sellers are getting 92% of their asking price.
Meanwhile, Brookhaven homes have an average sales price just under $500k, and home sales are brisk in this price range. These homes are spending only 48 jours sur le marché, and sellers are getting 95% of their asking price.
