For instance, Amazon is the latest company to bring their business to Atlanta— leasing a 23,000 square foot midtown office space and potentially creating as many as 150 new jobs. But that’s not all, just 60 miles northeast of Atlanta in Jackson County, the online retail giant is leasing as much as 800,000 square feet for a new fulfillment center!

As the economy grows, so too does the housing industry, fostering a need for more properties for new employees that are relocating to the area and other residents looking to trade up to their new dream home.
