She is extremely experienced, understands the market and has phenomenal communication skills. My house was put on the market and within 48 hours we had a legitimate offer which was at our target price. It is her process that led to this quick sale. She is detailed and extremely well-organized, and was a friendly task-master at making sure that I did everything that I needed to do to make the home ready to be shown and sold.
