2 Key Points From This Year’s International Real Estate Conference

unnamed-3While I have been working in this business for over 18 years, I don’t claim to know it all— although, I do know a lot! I am a learning-based person and committed to learning from others and those that came before me. I was especially inspired at this year’s international conference held at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas last month and am happy to share two key takeaways that may just inspire you too!

Nobody Succeeds Alone

At a session with a panel of high-level Realtors from NYC, the Bay Area, Austin and Sarasota, much of what was resonating with me—and the entire room—was that no matter how much business you do, you are never, ever doing it alone. Your name may be on the signs, on the door, on the contracts, but who you choose to surround yourself with and work with each and every day are just as critical to the success of the business.

Many of those on the panel attributed the success of their businesses in 2016 to their drive, focus and most importantly, collaboration. At Heineck & Co, most of you know all too well that drive and focus live and breathe here! And thanks to my phenomenal team, I can deliver to YOU the service and results you deserve. Along the same lines as above, none of our businesses exist without the assist from others.
